If you're looking for value for money activities for the family, why not try heading to local attractions?
Families who live in the south-east have an exciting option open to them in the form of the Imperial War Museum (IWM), Cambridge-news.co.uk reported.
The ever-popular Duxford museum was visited by almost 400,000 people last year, a report from the Association of Leading Visitor Attractions said. So you'll be in good company!
A spokesperson for the museum said: "Many additional visitors responded positively to the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Britain and to IWM Duxford’s commemorative events during the year."
They pointed out that this year will be no different, with a variety of exciting events on offer if you want to try new activities.
There'll be air shows in celebration of women in aviation, the 75th Anniversary of the Spitfire, the Spring Air Show and the Autumn Air Show, to name a few.
Groups can even use the museum's resources to learn more about their family history, keeping adults busy too.
If that wasn't enough, the attraction is also working on adding to its holiday activities for families, meaning that there'll be even more to keep you entertained. Watch this space!
