A school in Hertfordshire is set to try new activities next week when it holds a special event for Pancake Day.
Kids at a Rickmansworth School will have the chance to take part in a pancake relay, which teachers have planned to hold so that little ones can learn more about RE.
The traditional race will be held at Arnett Hills School on Berry Lane on Tuesday 8th March at 1pm - just in time for a pancake lunch!
It has been planned for this month's Celebrating RE initiative, which schools across the UK have decided to try new activities for.
Parents in Hertfordshire may also want to treat their kids to pancakes on Shrove Tuesday after school. They are a number of places in nearby London that serve the yummy treats, such as Dudley's Pancake House in Barnet and My Old Dutch Pancake House in High Holborn, only a short train ride away!
