Go potty in Chelmsford with art activities for children

When it comes to family holidays, summer camps in England are always a winner. But to make your July getaway as fun – not to mention messy – as possible, art activities for children are coming to Chelmsford.

Head over to Chelmsford Museum on Saturday July 2nd between 10:00 and 16:30 BST and you'll find a range of summer activities for kids that, come rain or shine, are guaranteed to keep everyone giggling.

The children can have a go at making their own pottery and sculptures with expert guidance from skilled local artists. There's never an age limit on creative fun like this, so the whole clan can get their hands dirty!

Pot making costs just £2.50, while other art activities for children – glass painting and sculpture building – carry a combined admission fee of £2, so it's hardly a day out that'll break the bank.

Let loose with a ball of clay and their wild imaginations, just watch as the whole family goes potty for Chelmsford's charm.
