Children who are eagerly awaiting the time when they can get back to day camps for kids can be kept occupied until then at a festival in Kent.
The Discover Gravesham Festival will last throughout May, giving you plenty of time to head down there.
Here you'll find a host of summer activities for kids and adults, including tours, walks and theatrical productions – you'll struggle to pack it all in!
You may wish to head to St George's Church in Gravesend to look at the General Gordon exhibition, a celebration of General Charles Gordon, an important figure in the town.
Alternatively the Gravesend Visitor Centre is holding the Cross Fire Trail on Saturday May 14th, where you can find out about the Tilbury and Gravesend forts and how they helped to stop invading fleets.
Next Sunday (May 22nd) you'll have the chance to tour the former home of Charles Dickens, Gad's Hill Place, which is sure to be exciting for children who love his books!
The festival will close with Going Underground – a family special at the Cold War bunker, where summer activities for kids will be held in the form of a tour of the secret underground space.
When you decide its time for some light refreshments, you can always stop off at BB's Coffee and Muffins for a treat!
